The Mainland Extension: July 31e to August 5e 

If you wish to take advantage of your flight and visit Rome and the key Canadian Battlefields in Italy, this extension will bring you by ferry overnight to Salerno and then up to Ortona and the Liri valley. Free time in Rome will cap the entire activity.
